I see you say only one vehicle, but IF you do take the two flights as I have suggested, at least on the Ohio leg you might consider two, although you will probably have family to allow flexibility with vehicle use.

I would never fly into Orlando, drive to New Philly and then drive back to Florida, that's just back tracking, sometimes time is more important than paying a drop off fee. I would fly an open jaw flight, fly into Akron-Canton if possible, it's closer to New Philly if not, Cleveland, drive to Florida and fly out of Key West if possible or Miami a four hour drive from Key West.

Typically the one way fee in the U.S., when the car is booked from Europe is $500. It may be more for such a big vehicle. You pay the fee in the U.S. when you pick up the vehicle. Worth knowing when working out what to do.
It is better to a European site to book the vehicle too. You get a better deal normally doing that. We always do, and use Alamo normally.
