Off to the Big Island tomorrow
We're escaping winter in Colorado (there is still two feet of snow in our yard--north facing 7,600 ft elevation). Can't wait to land in Kona tomorrow for 16 days of good friends, great coffee, plumeria, beaches, margaritas at sunset, papayas, lilikoi, farmer's markets and relaxing. Going to Honokaa, Kapoho (love those tide pools) and South Kona. Aloha.

martym: have a great time.
elsiemoo: Last month we stayed at the Bay House B&B in Hilo for $125, we booked in Oct and I believe it's gone up this year; Hilo Hawiian $135 ocean front no breakfast; Ooutrigger Keauhou Beach Resort $169 partial ocean front with breakfast. The lesson is book early!
