Oahu vacation
Hello. My wife and I are taking our kids to Hawaii. At the time of the trip, they will be 19 & 17. This will be their first trip to Hawaii. For that reason, we decided to take them to Oahu so that they can see Pearl Harbor, Diamond Head, etc. We are staying at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. We are planning on driving around the island as well to show them the beautiful scenery. My question is what are some waterfalls that we can take them to see? I know that some require hiking, which is fine. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

For research use Google Maps which for example says access to Maunawili Falls is currently closed. I avoid TripAdvisor which has maybe one or two knowledgeable posters, but using it to search takes you to Viator paid tours.
Waterfalls on Oahu are not especially jaw dropping.

Check out the Oahu forum on Trip Advisor. Many knowledgeable posters there (way more than will reply here on Fodor's). Not to book tours, but their forums like this one for general suggestions, itineraries, help with transportation, car rental, hotels, etc. There are local residents, people who grew up there, frequent visitors, who are happy to assist. Way more information there than here.

Not really. Maybe C_n_H Pure will reply there. Otherwise, it's 99% chaff. A lot of replies from people who have never done the activity you are asking about, or never explored beyond the best known attractions that you can read about in any guidebook or Tourist pamplhlet.
As a general warning, if it has been raining (not unusual where most of the waterfalls are located) any unpaved trail will be extremely slippery. Also much of the fresh water on Oahu is unsafe for swimming (leptospirosis).
If you want scenic watefalls, go to a different island.
