Great pictures. Looks like fun.
I don't know. I think the chicken feet look kinda yummy. Crispy and fried and they were probably crunchy too. I am used to seeing the ones out here at dim sum that are pale white, sort of gelatinous looking and really look like dead chicken feet. I'd have to be awfully hungry...
