Just wanted to add that no matter what you decide on, you should get the soundtrack for the musical before you go. Your daughter will probably enjoy it even more if the songs are familiar to her before she gets there.

I have not seen Wicked, but it sounds very good from the reviews here. Last year I saw Beauty and the Beast with my wife and two sons - both teens - and we all really liked it. I don't think age really matters for this show, anyone would like it, and the musical numbers are great.
