We stayed at the Library Hotel and it has a great rooftop bar.

the link takes you to The View restaurant at the top of the Marriott Marquis. It revolves and has great views. Go for a cocktail... the food isn't nearly as good as the view!

The Dream Hotel rooftop garden lounge, Ava, has amazing views. It is the all time favorite of our entire group. If the weather is good, be sure to call to reserve a seating spot -- or take a $20 to "help" your chances with the host for getting a good location.

Pick "Entertain Me" from the opening web page to see photos of the Ava Lounge.

A great idea - but not in the winter - when many are closed - or you would freeze.

The View is OK for a drink -- but the food is not good.
