Now I know what the excitement is all about!

We're 12 days in with four to go. Have been to Oahu, Kauai, and now Maui.

Light, air, shimmer, golds, deep blues, greens, blue-green, dark clouds, white puffs. crescents, fish of all colors, brown and yellow turtles, wind in the palms. Add your own...

JamesLee: I hope you'll give us more details when you return.
How did your lodging choices work out? Which island(s) and/or areas did you like best? I remember your posts during planning, and am glad the reality is living up to your expectations.

funny, I always thought I didn't like Hawaii... that is until I actually went for the first time!! I've never been so wrong about anything. Hawaii is fabulous, amazing, can't get enough.

Yes. It's divine, isn't it? We have been there about 12 times and keep going back.
