North Fork restaurant for weekday lunch

I've been to Jedediah Hawkins in Jamesport and loved it with their previous chef. I'd like to try something else. The Jamesport Inn and Table looks interesting. Wondering if anyone has eaten there. I've also looked at Legends and Cooperage Inn has been mentioned here. Going during the week so not all places will be open (ie North Fork Table). Any thoughts/opinions greatly appreciated.

I was at Claudio's in Greenport during the week which served a nice lunch. Many cute shops in the same area.

The Jamesport Manor Inn is very good with a caual but upscale enviornment.I like the Cooperage for a more casual experience,The food is very hearty and I like the atmosphere.Tom Schnadel has a new restaurant in Mattituck.I have not been but my friends who have a house in the North Fork speak highly about it.A Mano Osteria & Wine Bar ,631) 298-4800
If you catch a warm day.I like to sit outside at Scrimshaw otherwise I would choose the other rest. above.
Enjoy

Love Lane Kitchen. I read about it in this article on North Fork wine tours:

Went to the Jamesport Manor Inn. The place is charming on the outside although not nearly as beautiful as Jedediah Hawkins inside. There's a $20 3 course price fixed menu for lunch although many of the items require an extra charge. My friend and I both had a starter of pumpkin soup with sea scallop in pesto which was OUTRAGEOUSLY velvety and delicious. I had a lobster roll for entree that was terrific ($6 extra). My friend had a truffled chicken salad that was described on the menu to be served on flatbread that actually came as a wrap. She was disappointed and I said I've never had any kind of chicken salad, regardless of how fancy it sounded, that tasted that much better than "chicken salad."

For dessert we had a vanilla creme brulee (outstanding) and a molten chocolate torte with a lot of bitter chocolate. All in all, very good food and professional service.
