Nicest beach accomodations Hyannis

Hello, I have searched through hundreds of threads and am trying to find the nicest B&B/Inn accomodations in Hyannis. I'm looking if possible for a place along the beach or not far from, adult only accomodations. Thanks for any help!

Harbor House Inn on Ocean street gets rave reviews from many sources including Cape Cod Life magazine's Gold award. Short walk to beach. Don't know about Adults only policy.

Hyannis isn't really know for it's beaches.Have you ever been there? That would be the last place I would go for beach accomadations.

No, this will be our first time. We are already staying in Chatham but were thinking of staying in Hyannis the 1st night of the trip on the way out so as to catch the ferry to Martha's Vineyard.

P.S. We'll be getting in late and were just looking for a nice stop en-route from the Boston airport our first evening.

The Anchor Inn (www.anchorin.com) is another choice in the same area as the Harbor House inn. Both these inns are right across the street from the harbor and the ferries to the islands. You can walk or drive down Ocean street to many fine restaurants, and Kalmus Park beach, Kennedy Memorial park/beach, etc.

I think you have a good idea staying in Hyannis the first night then moving on to the rest of your vacation in lovely Chatham.
