Niagria Falls Hotel recommendations...

Four guys going to see the jets play in Buffalo, looking for recommendations on hotels. Think we would like to stay on the Canadian side because of view of falls and nightlife. Plus our dollar is worth more there and the beer is good too! Any suggestions would be helpful, we are not picky and price is not a problem. Thank you in advance.

We stayed in Sheraton Fallsview and loved it. Had a great view of the floodlit falls at night out of floor to ceiliing windows - and the rates were very reasonalbe.

Just be sure you have all the proper documentation if you're going to the Canadian side (where most of the good stuff is) - either passport or license/px ID and real (not xerox) birth certificate.

We stayed at the Hilton last summer. Directly across from the new Casino and the view from the top floor (I believe 32) is awesome! They have a great breakfast buffet (can get a package deal) that is to die for. Enjoy!

Lots of good choices among the big chains in Niagara Falls, Canada-Embassy Suites, Marriott, Hilton, Holiday Inn, etc. Be warned, bridge traffic can get nasty on Bills game days as lots of Canadians are season ticket holders too. Plan plenty of time to get to the stadium. You will be north of Buffalo, and the staduim is south of Buffalo.

Rachel makes a good point about distance - it is about 40 miles from NF to Orchard Park, NY where the stadium is located. Plan on leaving far in advance and tailgating until the game starts.
