Generally speaking, it's ground meat that poses the greatest health risk if undercooked. I can't imagine eating a steak cooked any more than medium-rare! I think I'd order the chicken instead.

We now have a Striphouse in Naples, Florida. It's fantastic and I can't wait to try the one in NYC. But when I said to the waiter "I think we need the goose fat potatoes" he insisted we should have the Romanoff potatoes instead. Wow, were they fantastic. I still want to try the goose fat ones, but I've been twice, and it certainly is the best steakhouse now in Naples!
