I am going to a meeting in Orlando in the end of March, at Gaylord Palms Resort. I would like some advice on other hotels, with breakfast, if possible near Gaylord, under 100 USD (best if under 80)

Are you going to have a car? GP is not walking distance to anything. It is a short drive to US 192 which has many, many hotels of varying quality (chains and independents), almost all of which are fairly inexpensive. Check tripadvisor - look under Kissimmee hotels.

I agree with the above post, I would make sure to rent or have a car available to you if your meetings are at Gaylord Palms.

Their convention and visitors bureau has a decent search engine that will produce accommodation recommendations with the specific criteria you have in mind. If something looks interesting, you may have to call and inquire about proximity to the Gaylord Palms Resort. Hope this helps!
