Need help deciding on Charleston hotel

I think we have it down to the following:
French Quarter Inn
Harbourview Inn
Market Pavillion
Planters Inn

We would be staying in the standard rooms at each.
Which has the best:
location?
breakfast included?
bathroom?
cleanest?

We are not taking the kids...

I read the great report. It makes my decision even more difficult.
Does anyone know if breakfasts are included and how good the breakfast is?
Also, what about the bathrooms?

We are going to Charlestion, and GoTravel's report looks very helpful. Here's the thread.

I don't know if rates include breakfast, the hotel website will probably give that information. However, I do know that you can get a very good, inexpensive breakfast at Sweetwater Cafe. It is within walking distance of all of the properties you listed.
