I tried to get the Beacon one in early spring last year and I was too late. I did call. If that is the property what you really want, you may not be able to wait for a sale.

We stayed at the Affinia Dumont, and like most of the Affinias, it has suites and is pretty spacious. The hotel Belleclaire also had suites for up to 6 ppl and looked really nice. I might have more names of suite hotels as I studied many of them before reserving.
