One that's not listed in htty's link: http://www.bonnevilleresort.com/. Rated by a work associate as "fine", but he's accustomed to Four Seasons-type accommodations.

There is Cougar Hot Springs close to Eugene- there are several pools of different degrees of heat- I think most people do not wear clothes -
Belknap Hot Springs on the McKenzie Hwy is nice - but its not a natural pool- water piped into a swimming pool - but there is a nice lodge and cabins there and some nice walking trails - very pretty spot- great place to stop on the way home from skiing

The Warm Springs tribe near Madras runs the Kahneeta Lodge/hot springs. www.kahneeta.com/ Swimming pools fed by hot springs, not natural springs...but nice.

Thanks for the name of the hot springs outside Eugene! I used to go there in the 70"s and couldn't remember exactly where it was. At that time they were totally wild... no signs, nothing but holes in the ground in a forest. Clothing was optional, and the road was often icy in winter. But a lovely place to contemplate nature.
