A great restaurant for dinner in the Bellagio is Olives. Not only is in your price range but the food is excellent. You can also get a table outside for fountain viewing or one by the window. You will really enjoy Olives.

As far as romance is concerned, I have found only 1 restaurant that really fits that bill and that would be Picasso. Every other are very large and very noisy (including Prime, Circo and Eiffel Tower).

So for excellent food and service and a view of the fountains while dining, Olives is my suggestion. No "fru fru" food, very straight forward food with a wide selection and cooked to perfection. If interested you must make a reservation and if you want to dine outdoors, specify because those tables go fast.

By the way they make a Martini there that is so good. The olives are stuffed with bleu cheese and they are skewered in a sprig of Rosemary. It's almost worth the flight from NY just for that - LOL!

Also if you go to www.bellagio.com and click on dining, you can check the menu. They also have daily specials (a pasta, a fish, a flatbread and a meat).

Hope this helps, have agreat trip!

I'm getting in late on this thread. I agree that the Prime steakhouse is great, but very pricy. Picassos has a great multi-course prix fix menu for $100 - $120 per person, although some of the dishes are a tad eccentric (my "warm quail salad" was two tiny quail legs artistically arranged with a few greens but everything else was superb). My spouse and I have also had a romantic evening with great food and super service at Hugo's Cellar at the 4 Queens downtown. It's old Las Vegas, moderately priced, no nouvelle food. It's downstairs from the Casino so no views, but still a lovely old fashioned restaurant. The last time we were there they were still giving a rose to all of the ladies, and the service was always just what you needed when you needed it. We haven't been to Hugos for 2-3 years, so I cannot speak for their current status.

I will jump on the Eiffel Tower idea. You can certianly have dinner there for the $200 range unless you get into expensive wines and/or lots of cocktails.

My wife and I had a very nice dinner at sunset at the steakhouse at the top of Binions, with 1 cocktail each and a shared desert for about $125 or so. That was about 4 years ago.
