Hey Lisa, you're in luck today! There is no "search" available so nobody can harrass you by saying "Do a search, this has been asked a hundred times already". Hope you get a bunch of good responses because there are others of us who'd like this information too!

Lisa,
Went to Molokai for just a day from Maui two years ago. It was an interesting island to see as you don't have much commercialization there.
If you want to relax, drive around and see some sights, this is the place. We didn't get to the lush end, but have heard it's beautiful. Saw the dry side and it has a charm of it's own.
I know there is a Sheraton on the island and I saw on a travel channel program about a place that has more rustic accomodations, but can't remember the name. That latter also had a bunch of other programs to keep you busy, kayaking, horseback riding. It was a ranch of some type.
Must see - overlook to Kalapapa. Do some reading on the area, can't go down there unless you are invited. If I wanted to not do much, I would go for a couple of days, in conjuction with another island. We were only there for a couple of hours, but I felt we saw a lot of the island.
I personally wouldn't spend two weeks there, but a couple of days is definately worth it.

Will be going there December for the first time. www.luxurylink.com is running aucions on Sheraton Molokai Ranch. I've been able to get a lot of info about Molokai and the hotel through www.tripadvisor.com. I'm looking forward to visiting some of the secluded beaches = )

I spent a "very long" week on Molokai. There is virtually very little to do there. No decent restaurants. It appeared the locals didn't really care for the outsiders either.
It's a good place to go if you're hiding from the law....lol or if you really need a quiet getaway to do absolutely nothing.
