Moderate accomodations near DW

We are taking our teenage grandchildren (boy 17 & a girl 13) to Disney World for a week in June. We need moderately price accommodations with two bedrooms and two bathrooms close to Disney World. Does anyone have any recommendations?

We stayed at Comfort Suites Maingate EAST May 2005. We had 3 rooms with 6 adults and 1 child. The continental breakfast offered much more than typical--sausage and biscuits, strawberry and banana mix, hard boiled eggs, cereal, juice, etc. The bar had great pizza. The rooms were very clean and spacious. It was also within walking distance to Old Town which has a car show on Friday's and Saturday's http://www.old-town.com/
The only complaint we had about the hotel was the slow elevators. The hotel also offers free shuttles to Disney and Universal--we did not use the shuttles so I cannot comment on their reliability.

Check trip advisor for other hotel reviews. Hope this helps!

We have rented a 3 br condo at Windsor Hills, which is a new development very close to Disney. We are going in June and are paying $85 a night. Pool and slide and grounds look great. Reviews limited, but good.

Disney has just done some family suites at the All-Stars and they're test marketing. The All-Stars resort is one of their value resorts, I don't know what they're charging. You'd have to call and ask. The great thing is that, if you're flying, Disney has a service called "Disney's Magical Express" which would take you right to the resort (free)and you have use of the bus system between the parks so you really don't need to rent a car.

We stayed at the Residence Inn Lake Buena Vista in 2004 and really liked it. We had a two bed/two bath room and it included a delicious hot breakfast buffet. Driving to the parks was easy. I had a friend who did a house rental and loved doing that. We did not go that route because of possibly having to cancel at the last minute. I think you will find you have lots of choices.
