Mini Vacations, Inc./ Free Las Vegas Vacations

Hi

Has anyone out there been sucessful/or unsucessful with Mini Vacations Inc.

Mini Vacations is providing me a "free" trip to Las Vegas. Of coarse there is the airline tax and hotel tax to pay.

Any experiences that you had with Mini Vacations. PLease tell me.

Thanks, JB

Two things to remember:
1. No such thing as free lunch
2. When someone says it's free, hide your wallet

TCP is right. I've not done any business with Mini Vacations. But, nothing is free.

I have been on a mini Vacation through MVI Marketing in Florida.
I am awaiting my second confirmation for reservations. You do have to give them plaenty of advance notice for a time frame you would like to take your vacation in, but they do eventually get back to you.
I have been watching them now for a couple of years and they are still in business. They work with the resorts in matching up potential clients for their time share resorts.
Many time resorts give free weekends if you will sit through a timeshare presentation- so I think MVI just hooks up people with the resorts when the resorts have rooms open during the week. You have to pay a surcharge to stay on a weekend.

Continued:
The rooms are very nice and well worth
the time invested.
For now-I would recommend Mini Vacations through MVI- I will let you all know how it goes with my second time with them.

I did recieve my paperwork for a hotel in Orlando for this summer.

They got back to me within 5 weeks, after submitting my preferences.

My first choice was not available- so I got my second choice.

I purchased it through UBID. I would not deal with UBID again. They really don't stand behind what gets auctioned off.

I don't know about sounding like an add- someone asked a question and I answered.
