MickyMouse in September?
I know someone posted a similiar post about going to DISNEYWORLD in summer, but wondering how the weather is end of September? I've been there end of May and it was quite warm, but bearable....

Have been for the last 2 weeks in September for the past 6 years - excellent weather. It gets hot - but not unbearable - neither is it too humid. Yes you do get rain - but the US weather predictions are far more informative, and accurate, than we have in the UK.
You know the previous day when it's going to rain - well, within reason - and you can almost plan your day 'around' it.
Never had a hurricane - touchwood - and most it rained was several hours. NEVER have we lost a day in 6 years.

Brian-That's good to know and was thinking maybe I should have booked the trip for October, but now glad that I chose September and the crowds at the park should be alot less than the summer, I hope.... Thanks for the reply....

Gail,
The crowds are certainly less in September - especially if you get to the Parks early!! However, they do get busier at peak times and weekends - but nothing in comparison to Summer months.
A neighbour was there 3 weeks ago -bedlam he said!! We feel we get the best of both worlds. Now roll on September 14th!!

That should be a great time to go. Good weather, slightly cooler than summer; and smaller crowds at the parks. I lived in Orlando for 21 years, before moving to Chicago in 1995, and only once did a hurricane come through Orlando. By the time it got to Orlando, it was just alot of rain. We get MUCH worse storms here in Chicago.
