Looking for some suggestions on the best pools with water slides in Maui. We need a place for 3 nights at the end of our stay, I love the Grand Wailea's pools, but I just can't stomach the $750 a night price tag. Any thoughts... We have a 5 year old that loves the water. I know there is the Hyatt in Kaanapali too, just hoping for more options

Westin right in the middle of Kaanapali Beach. I was just there and the kids were having a blast!

I agree. The Westin pools are a paradise for kids.

The Marriott Ocean Club also has a good pool for kids.

Honua Kai is a big (600 units), new condo complex at the north end of Kaanapali. It has a 'lazy river' pool.

You couldn't pay me to take a 5 year old to GW! It is chaos on crack and I wouldn't be able to even look at a tourism magazine while watching junior amongst the mob. A condo with a nice pool is the way to go.
