Just two (very personal) opinionated comments -First, I've stayed at the Whaler and didn't like it - very small pool, and the unit was just okay in terms of furnishings and updating. Second, I don't like Kihei at all, except for the beaches themselves and for Kihei Kaffe - it just doesn't have the tropical vibe I want when I go to Hawaii.
