Marriott Courtyard in South Beach OK?

We're flying in on a Friday evening and most hotels in South Beach have a minimum stay. Wondering if this hotel is in a safe enough neighborhood. Would prefer to be on a quieter street. Any ideas or advice? Thanks.

Washington Ave. is a very main street in SB and you are 2 blocks from Lincoln road, so you'll be fine.

Thanks very much for the info! I'm having the same situation (minimum stay) on the last night of my trip in Key West. I can't find any reasonable B&B in town that I can book. Which of the chain hotels should I consider ...Marriott, Doubletree etc?

If you only have one night you might want to stay in downtown Key West especially if you don't have a car. I'm not sure when you will be going but Key West is very expensive this season so any hotel will be high. BB's right off of Duval St are a good location. Simonton St has many good ones.
Heron House is nice and Marquesa is the best.

Casa Marina is also nice,it is a chain and much larger than a BB.

Here is what I do to find hotels or anything else for that matter. Google say Heron House address on "maps" then where it says "find nearby" put hotels and it will bring up anything around that location you are interested in. The same goes for restaurants etc..

I find min. night stays so silly. Maybe b/c I am not in the hotel business.

I found the Best Western Hibiscus Motel on Simonton Street to have vacancy and better reviews than Casa Marina. Are you familiar with this motel? It's also $100 cheaper. We will have a car but want walking distance if we can. We only have one day/night in Key West.
