Lunch in Memphis

We'd like suggestions for a place to have lunch (BBQ?) on a Sunday afternoon in February. Music would be a plus. We'll only be in the area for a day.

If you're looking for good BBQ, then Neely's the place. If you want music, atmosphere and high prices, this ain't the place.

Sunday afternoon will be pretty dead in Memphis. Rendezvous is closed, and as dgassa says, Neely's has good food, but nothing else.

Music and entertainment are plentiful in downtown Memphis Monday through Saturday, but not Sunday.

Rendevous or Blues City Cafe.

Outstanding Sunday Brunch at Peabody Hotel. about $45pp. Rendevouz is pretty much Straight BBQ. Blues City has good bbq and tons of other good southern comfort food.
