Looking to purchase Florida condo

Looking for a 2 bedroom. No more than 250k In a walkable area in south Florida. Love Delray
Miami Beach etc not looking to live in a sleepy town Enjoy beach. Galleries
restaurants clubs etc. this will be a vacation home

You can start your research by checking what condo availability in your price range is in the areas that interest you on websites like Realtor.com, Zillow.com, etc. and by googling "Condos for sale in NAME OF TOWN. That way you'll easily find out what is in your budget range. Most listing have details of the unit itself, common amenities in the building or condo complex, a map showing the unit's location and what's nearby.

You can also find out lots of data about the two or community at city-data.com it's an excellent website that will help you determine if a particular town or community has all the things you are looking for.

Also, as Schmerl suggests you can google Real Estate agents in the area(s) that interests you and they will be more than happy to help with your research.

i would check out the treasure coast. You’ll get so much more for your money and there are so many nice little towns with plenty of activity available
