3 bedrooms but a fantastic location - IMO anyway.
It's the one I'd pick -

Wow, I'm drooling over some of those places! Looks like a great time.

I'm afraid I can't contribute help, but thanks, starrs, for the suggestions; I'm looking into going West next summer. (I kinda think the OP's response to your first post is priceless, but then, I have an inconvenient sense of humor. If only we didn't charge so much for the information here...)

...I heard the words, 'damn it', at the end

Very nice, starrs!

AnnMarie, you DID?!?!
dammit...

Thanks, Amy. I KNOW! I'm going to ask for a raise!

I really did write to the editors to ask them to remove my suggestions last night. I saw several options that DID sound like they were what the OP was wanting, but what do *I* know.
Not much, evidently.

We stayed at a cabin in the area and researched a lot but most of the ones I checked into were part of a "resort". I thought the VRBO offerings would be helpful. Not to the OP but maybe to someone else, sometime.

Starrs, I did have a good laugh at the OP's response! Maybe he/she did not mean it the way sounded....But it sounded very rude....

Hey cd, I have no idea of noel's intent, but I agree with you on that one.

Is that how it's spelled?! Dammit, I didn't know that. I'm glad the suggestions weren't removed, they were great fun to look through and someone may benefit. Thanks for taking the time, starrs!

I think "dammit" is the Southern spelling.
Hey, AnnMarie, do you think you could write a letter to the editors on my behalf? Maybe I'll get a raise out of this, instead of my pay being docked for an unsatisfactory answer.

Maybe my definition of secluded is incorrect.

Why would you go to Grand Tetons and be hidden away? I thought the idea of going there was to see the mountains, lakes and wildlife.

Maybe not.

Myer, I think the OP just didn't want to go through the listings to find what he was asking for.

Or maybe none of us can figure out what he was asking for. :-?

I think the OP has something there. Why didn't I think of it?

And I wasted all that time getting up early to see the low clouds over the mountains and that deer in the early morning mist and those dusk trips up Signal Mountain that ended in some great photos of a black bear up on its rear legs (I was too close).

Next time I'll do better.

lol, but of course! I'll include it with the "Employee of the Month" nomination I've written for you. I think a bonus is in order as well.

Myer, you need a do-over. ;-)
