This transportation service from Boston to NYC is a waste of your money. When I called to make a rsvp for some reason I was transferrd to a very rude gentleman. I was told he was the owner but I can't believe that anyone in business would talk to someone in such a rude manner.

Did you actually take the trip?

Sorry for the rude service but I love limoliner. It's a really great way to travel IMO.

Now that they have some serious competition, they should pay attention and shape up! For instance, Greyhound's Bolt bus runs the same routes and offers spacious seats and free WiFi.

I've used Limo Liner twice and loved the experience.

If I didn't do business with any company that has a rude employee (even an owner perhaps having a bad day) I'm not sure how much business I could accomplish anywhere!

I'm curious too, did you take the trip? And what on earth did he say that was so rude if you were only trying to make a reservation?
