Anyone use Virtual Bellhop?

I'm considering avoiding at least some of the airport check-in and security hassles plus the inconvenience of pulling a heavy suitcase about by using Virtual Bellhop's door-to-door service to pick up and deliver my suitcase from my apartment to my hotel and back.

Has anyone here used the service and how do you like it? Was it reliable? Did you suitcase arrive undamaged? Do you think it is worth the extra expense to avoid the long check-in lines? Would you recommend the overnight, 2 day or slowest and cheapest 3-5 day delivery? (Actually, I'll have to use 2 day or overnight on this trip as I leave on Monday but I'd be interested for future trips.) Thanks

Leigh, unless the company that you are clearly promoting has used their, now dwindling I'm sure, VC investments to purchase a fleet of aircraft and trucks, you probably rely on FEDEX or UPS for deliveries. So basically, you're acting as a middleman that is trying to grab a fee for a service that is essentially being provided by the airfreight companies. They may have given you a slight price break for bulk shipping, but unless you are making nothing per transaction, probably not much in savings for me.

So tell me Leigh, why don't I just call FEDEX/UPS directly and cut you out of the loop?

Leigh,
I used this company once and shipped two bags with them. I never saw them again. They only offered me $100 each as compensation. I am now suing them. Beware.

Tomas, thanks for the warning. I've tried contacting them several times but have received no response.

And to everyone else, my post was not an advertisement. I don't work for the company. I'm a traveler who heard of VirtualBellhop and wanted to know if anyone had had any experience using it and would recommend them. It got written up in a number of major newspapers and magazines and I was considering trying it. Geez.
