Thank you for posting this! I'll be sure to check out one of the re-airings since I can't watch tonight.

To the top for those that might be interested.

In the NYC area, there will be another airing at 1:00am Saturday.

As far as I'm concerned, this is a do-not-miss show! I have my VCR ready.

Thank goodness for multiple TVs.

4:30 Sunday in San Antonio...probably smack in the middle of critical moments at the US Open. We will be going our separate ways Father's Day. LOL

Thanks

It was fabulous! DH occasionally wandered through from the other room where he sat entranced by the US Open (they always hold that tournament Father's Day, I swear, so we mothers can't bitch about it! ) to find me sitting in front of my TV (guess who got the big screen?) with my face wet with tears.

Did anyone else see it?

I saw it yesterday. I wanted to see it because it is one of the plays on our Broadway series, and I knew nothing about the story. I loved it -- can't wait to see it on stage. I especially enjoyed the intermission, behind the scenes, interviews. It was listed in our TV listings as Live from Lincoln Center so I probably wouldn't have watched it if I hadn't read your post.

I'm so glad everyone enjoyed it! I thought it translated nicely to TV. I was hoping it was the original cast, because I loved Matthew Morrison as Fabrizio and would have liked to see him again- but the replacement (Aaron Lazar) was great too.
