Les Miserables tickets NYC - best way to get ?
We are interested in going to matinee performance of Les Mis in November. What is the best way of getting tickets at the least expensive price. Also does anyone know if there are special devices for people with hearing deficiencies?
Thanks so much

Hi Pam,
When are you going? There is a discount on broadwaybox.com through November 4th. I'm guessing they will add a new discount when this one expires, but there is no guarantee. Also, it shows up quite often at TKTS for 50% off, so if you're willing to wait until you arrive, that is also a possibility.
So, currently, the only guaranteed way to get tickets for a date after Nov. 4th is to purchase them through Telecharge, or wait until a new offer shows up on broadwaybox.com or on playbill.com.
Also, I checked the site for the Broadhurst Theatre, and devices for the hard of hearing are available free of charge in the lobby.

Hi Pam,
Beth is right on. Les Mis is selling only about 80% of available seats, so it is very likely the broadwaybox discount will be extended.
The advantage of buying tickets through broadwaybox.com (or playbill) is that you will know you have seats and you know where your seats are located.
If you wait to buy at TKTS, you will spend time in line and you may not get seats or seats you want.

Not sure when BroadwayBox will post updated Les Miz discounts, but www.nytix.com currently has one that goes through Dec. 13. Just an FYI: Most of those discount codes don't work for Saturday night shows.
