Dont think you'll get a lei on the plane but if you enter " Hawaii greeeters" into search you will come with several options

In order to receive a lei at the airport you will need to pre-book and pre-pay for a greeter to present it to you.

I did a google search under "Honolulu Airport Lei Greetings" and several options came up.

I just ordered leis for our greeting in Maui. I couldn't tell you where to find one in Honolulu, but I found mine in the Maui Revealed book. That will be very nice!

As mentioned there are independent services that can arrange this. The airlines do not give them. Our family each received them when our trip was booked thru Pleasant Hawaiian Holidays a few years back.

Hi!
Go to www.hawaiiactivities.com & a TON of activities will come up. I think the first one is Lei Greetings. Or just go to a search engine & type in 'lei greetings Honolulu' & you should find something to fit your budget. Some hotel/air packages include the lei greetings.
Aloha.com used to do them. I used them last May & they were great! But, I don't know why they don't do this anymore. Oh, well.
Good Luck!
Aloha!
