Never heard of them either, but as a general rule I avoid businesses with financial terms in their name, like Payless, Budget, Thrifty, etc.
Zippy Shuttle that Debbie mentions gets lots of good remarks on the TripAdvisor forums, they provide car seats if needed.

Are you opposed to using the LA areas primary airport shuttle companies, Super Shuttle and Go/Primetime? Either can handle pretty much any kind of arrangement. If it is about cost, discounts abound for both of these companies. These 2 are authorized LAX shuttle companies and have dedicated Pick up spots.

We have used Super Shuttle and Prime Time and got really tired of being driven all over LA delivering passengers before they took us home (and had some kind of scary drivers) so switched to Mona Lisa Limousine service (Town cars and also some larger SUV's for larger groups)and we love them. They have always been on time and the drivers and persons in the office are all very professional. I highly recommend them. They have taken us to all of the LA Area Airports and have told us they transfer people to Palm Springs and San Diego also.
