Las Vegas Shows "O" vs. "La Reve"

Has anyone seen both of these shows, and which one is better for someone who has seen a few other Cirque shows but neither of these.

"O" is different from all other Cirque shows because it is performed in an amazing pool, and it is my favorite.

Le Reve is also performed in/on water, with platforms varying the depth.

I've seen both, and I liked Le Reve better.

But both are great.

I have seen both and they are both pretty similar and spectacular. Keep in mind that Steve Wynn was the owner of the Bellagio when 'O' began there and I really think he sought to duplicate the show at the Wynn Las Vegas. However, I think I would go for 'O' as the original circue du soleil show. One thing: the seating at La Reve surrounds the entire pool/stage whereas at 'O' you sit more semicircular around the pool/stage.

I've seen both. I saw O twice before I saw La Reve, but in all honesty, I kind of suspect that if I had seen LaReve first I would have liked it even more than O. Both are very good. I love the circular seating at LaReve and more of it takes place above and all around you, so it kind of puts you more into it. I think the "athletics" of LaReve are more impressive, but the artistic merit of O wins out in that department.

Thanks. I ended up getting tix for O. Maybe I'll hit La Reve some other day in the future.

I like the way the sast poses for photographs before the start of the show at La Reve.

I've seen both and liked both. You can't go wrong at either one of them.

I agree with NeoPatrick - I thought the artistry of "O" was better than Le Reve.

I did like the seating better at Le Reve. Le Reve tickets were also less expensive than "O".

Both shows were very good and I wouldn't mind seeing either again.

It's worth pointing out, because it could be misleading here, that LeReve is NOT a Cirque du Soleil show. It looks like it and tends to sort of copy them but it is not connected with Cirque du Soleil.
