Las vegas shows
I recieved some free tickets to a couple of different shows in Vegas.
Ronn Lucas- comedy
Mac King- comedy and magic
Viva Las Vegas at Statosphere.
I know these are not the top shows in town but has anyone been to any of these?
Thanks

Ronn - Maybe you've seen him on TV. When you see him on stage, you'll recognize him. Ventriloquist w/unusual characters. Not always human characters.
Mac King - Do Not Miss This Show.
Viva - Haven't seen.

I have not seen any of these, but have heard nothing but good things about Mac King. I have seen the American Superstars at the Strat...it wasn't all that great, so don't know if the Viva one would be any better.

I had free tickets to Mac King and Viva too!
Mac King - clean funny magic, go if you don't mind children maybe sitting next to you. There is also a mandatory drink to buy. I do recommend this one.
Viva - a fat man telling old, not always funny, sometiems dirty jokes, and when he gets tired they have something else to kick in, like a few lazy dancers or a bad magician. Drink is expensive there, so the show is not free. Skip it. Better lose money playing slots (and I am not a gambler).

We also had coupons for free visits to the gambling museum, don't remember where it was, some gambling history, if you have time. Also the auto museum - I recommend even if you have to pay! Where else can you see a $6,000,000 car for sale It's on top of Imperial Palace.

The Mac King show is hilarious. Ronn Lucas is OK if you want to kill an afternoon. Check out the afternoon magic show at the Tropicana (which also has lots of interesting free stuff--bird show, gambling museum, and, at on my last visit, a show on the casino floor).
