Las Vegas Pools

My family of 5 (including a 9, 8 and 5 years old) are going to stay in the Venetian, but the pool does not look that exciting. Can we use pools of other hotels?

Most Vegas hotels require a room key for access to their pool(s). Pool hopping might be a problem, particularly for a family; ethically, if for no other reason.

No. Vegas hotels are very strict about pool access.

It depends which hotel. There are some that don't check, but most of the big ones do.

The Venetian actually has two pools, kind of mirror image, plus a little shallow one (people lie on their lounges in it). I think your kids would like the size (and level water depth) of the Venetian.

BUT be warned, it cost my husband ~9 for a single Coors, plus tip. So, you want to bring some juice packs in your dittybag!

Yep. We also charge double at our restaurant when people order imitation beer such as Coors.

YO--in my husband's defense, Coors, Michelo?) Light, and cans(?!) of Corona were the ("horsepiss") choices.

ANd I've just been informed that it was a can of Corona, and it cost him $8. (I bring visitors on the tour of Coors in Golden, but never do the tasting room; just don't care for it.)

Heyyyyyyy, socialworker!! How's things?? You're right. I tell that joke every chance I get.

Also, the one about the Master Brewers of each of the major breweries in the world, who had gathered at a Brewer's Conference :

They were at dinner after the conference and the waitress is taking their beverage order.
The man from Pabst Blue Ribbon orders a PBR.
The man from Budweiser orders a Bud.
The man from Olympia orders an Oly.
And so on.
All the way until the man from Newcastle, who orders a Pepsi --- to many a raised eyebrow around the table.
To this, he comments, "Well, if none of these fine gentlemen are having a beer, then neither shall I".

No offense taken! I thought you were funny. But I was asking hubby about price of coors, and he was insulted...
