Side comment - do you have the program called Travelaxe? It's a free download. It searches many many many sites, including hotel's own site, and tells you the best price for each place.

I believe it is supposed to be especially good for Las Vegas.

Last year we stayed at Bellagio. The pool area is lovely and certainly relaxing. There were very few children. Sign up on their web site for special promotions or call the hotel directly and ask about summer promotions. I got a great deal last July - $159 a night and a free upgrade to a fountain view room. The only drawback to the pool is the poolside restaurant. The prices were very, very high. Bellagio, Caesars and Paris are more centrally located than MGM and Mandalay Bay. Have a great time in Vegas. I wish I was there now!!!
