I've seen all the Cirque shows except the new one "Love". Personally I would see it.
However, if for some reason the only two you are considering are Mystere and Zumanity see Mystere. Zumanity is just okay. O is a better choice than Zumanity and as good as Mystere.

I have only seen Mystere out of what you mention. I am not sure why you are not seeing LOVE it is far more enjoyable and I preferred that over Mystere. Just my 2 cents worth. Mystere is good in the sense of acrobatics but other than that it made so sense. Perhaps it wasn't suppose to make sense. After seeing LOVE the night before I was not impressed.

We have seen 5 Cirque shows. Zumanity was the WORST. I can't believe its still going strong. Its very cheesy, not up to their usual amazing acts or close to being an erotic show. its just, yuck. Go to Mystere. Beautiful music, dancing, feats of strength and acrobatics.

I have seen all the cirque shows in Las Vegas at least 3 times each. Personally I would go see LOVE because it’s new and its hot and not many people have been able to see it yet. It’s set to the Beatles music and is an interpretation of their lives through song, dance and acrobatics. Its fairly hip with come contemporary dance and a good rollerblading piece. If you don’t choose LOVE, then go see Mystere or O. Save KA and ZUMANITY for the next trip.

I'd say Mystere and "O". Mystere will give you a good sense of a more 'traditional' Cirque show. "O" is still kinda 'traditional', but the way they use the stage is amazing.
Ka, Love and Zumanity are all departures from the norm. Ka has a bit of a story, and I think it is the most spectacular of the Cirque shows I've seen. I've yet to see Love and Zumanity.

What type of show are you interested in? I've seen all of the Cirque shows in Vegas and liked them all for DIFFERENT reasons.
Zumanity was great, but I have an open mind for things like that. It is definitely different than what most people think of as a stereotypical Cirque show. It is much more of a cabaret than an acrobatic spectacle.
Right now, 'Love' is my least favorite, but I'm hoping that they fixed the issues with it during the preview phase (I saw the 2nd preview performance). I do have tickets to see it again in September.
Mystere is the stereotypical Cirque show. It has all of the classic acrobatics that you see in their touring shows.
'O' is the most beautiful Cirque show. Every image they create in it is a piece of art. The stage/pool is neat, too.
For your 2 shows are you only thinking about Cirque shows? Other good shows are Blue Man Group, Penn&Teller, Elton John's Red Piano...
FWIW, you should be able to find my reviews of 'Ka' and 'Love' if you search the archives.

I have seen Mystere twice, and O and Zumanity once and I definitely vote for Mystere and O. I did not care for Zumanity. I hope to go back to Vegas in the next few years and see KA and Love. Mystere and O are both magical. I saw them on back to back nights and they were both wonderful and unique.
