Lancaster, PA Attractions and Restaurants

We're going to Lancaster, PA from Saturday to Friday. Then we'll drive to Pittsburgh for the rest of the weekend. I'll be there for business during the week but we'll have Sat afternoon, Sun, and Mon. morning. We're staying at the Hilton Garden Inn (is this a good hotel choice because I can still change it?; I can't be too far outside Lancaster because I need to be at Lancaster Regional for work) there, and we'll have a rental car. I've never been and would like recommendations for restaurants and attractions. I just found out I'm going so I haven't had time to research. Does anyone know how long it takes to get from Philadelphia to Lancaster (I read 1.5 hours), from Lancaster to Pittsburgh, and from Lancaster to Gettysburg? Also, does Lancaster have bad traffic? Any info is appreciated. Thank you.

If you like religious theater, they have a place called Sight and Sound theater. We saw Noah's Ark last year and it was an incredible show. The entire theater had sides of the ark with animals. It was very neat. I believe the show they have now is Ruth. I don't know very much about it and I don't know how exciting she was. When we were there, we stayed up in Hershey. Hershey park is a nice amusement park-very clean, about 45 minutes away.
We did an amish buggy ride and saw their one room school house. Sorry, we didn't get to spend enought time there. The theater is in the town of Bird in Hand or Intercourse? right next to Lancaster. Have fun.

Philly to Lancaster 1.5 hours. Lanc to Pitts 4-4.5 hrs (check out google maps very). My wife and I just took the kids out to Dutch Wonderland. Highly recommend if you have young kids. However, if you are driving in over the weekend the traffic is bad. RT 30 is one lane and loaded with trucks.
