If you're asking for transport from Hampton Bays to La Guardia airport (LGA) the Hampton Jitney is probably the best option. You take the jitney (bus) and must arrange ahead for a car service to pick you up at the "airport connection."

Another option which might work is flying from Long Island Islip MacArthur airport (ISP). See if there are flights from there to where you're going. It's a lot closer. You'd still take the Jitney but get out at the Islip airport conection. Same drill, arrange ahead for a car pick up to the airport.
