There is a small swimmable beach near Kuhio called Lawai Beach. It's right next to the Beach House. Lawai Beach has wonderful snorkeling, but it is a little small. The best beach in the area is Kiahuna and Poipu Beach Park.

I am familiar with the Moon Cottage. It has a great location, the price is right, but were there any downsides to sharing the property with the 4 other Kobayashi vacation rentals? Thanks.
