What time of year?

Right now you will not find the roach motel for $100.

In July through September you can stay at the Cheeca Lodge for a little over $100.

The Key Lantern's best amenity is the Lorelei which is directly behind the motel.

I've heard the Hampton Inn in Islamorada is nice. I am not sure if you'd get it for $100 a night but depending on the season, you might.

I doubt any of those rooms are going for under $100 this week.

Here is a link to Holiday Isle. http://www.holidayisle.com/sp.htm

As you will see, there are numerous accomodations. If you are willing to stay at their Harbor Lights facility a half mile from the resort, a room can be had peak season(now) for $95.00 USD.
There is a free shuttle back and forth to the resort and all that it has to offer. That is about as inexpensive as I can find in Islamorada right now.
