You can for sure get tickets on www.stubhub.com but you'll have to pay a premium. Single tickets are often available at face value on Telecharge. I got a single for myself at Christmas time two years ago.

I purchased tickets to Jersey boys for Dec 17 on ticketmaster.

Chestnut, in the future you have to realize the US board is for ALL the US ... not only that, I assume you are asking for tickets in NYC, but even that you don't clarify!

With the current state of the economy, anything is possible. Btw, the post is tagged NYC so not sure what everyone's complaining about.

The only way to find out is to go to the web site - this minute and see if there are any seats left. You may have to take singles or not very good seats.

Or - you can go to stubhub.com and get tickets at their prices.

Even if it gets tagged NYC, it still shows up in the US forum which is for all the US.

Actually, I did not see that it was tagged, but regardless I am on the US forum and have to open the thread to find out what the person wants.

If it had said what they wanted in the title, I would know that I didn't need to open it.

It is just Fodor's etiquette ... but I don't mean to make anyone feel bad. I just want more people to be aware.
