Is Florida Panhandle cold in November?

Alain, I'm not sure where St. John Peninsula is, but the best way for you to check historical data for Panhandle temperatures is to find a good sized city close to or on St. John Peninsula (Pensacola, Panama City, Destin?) then go to weatherunderground.com plug that city into the search, and look for the cell called "historical conditions" at the bottom of the "conditions" column. Plug in any date going back probably 10 years and it will give you the high and low temps both in Fahrenheit and Celsius.
That's the best way of determining the odds of the weather being something tolerable for you. Your idea of beach weather may be entirely different from mine, as I live further south in the state.

An even better way is to go to weatherbase.com, select a city near St. John peninsula (which I've not heard of), and look at the averages for November. This will give you a much truer idea of what to expect since plugging in random dates can give you false impressions if weather patterns on those dates were aberrent.

It may depend on where you're from. I'm from South Florida. The last time I was in the Panhandle was driving back from California and we spent a night at Destin. It was Halloween weekend, so still October. We planned to walk the beach, but I didn't have heavy enough clothes so gave up (sweater and jacket were not enough). It thought it was absolutely freezing, especially out on the windy beach. But we did see others out in only light jackets who weren't shivering like we were.
