So, we had a lovely dinner at IL Tinello.
Old school Italian, white table cloths, anti pasto and dessert carts rolled up to your table, plenty of space between the tables, quiet in a sea of noisy restaurants.
The veal scallopini was outstanding with a sauce to remember. We shared melon & prosciutto and a salad and had cheesecake for dessert. A tasty Pinot Grigio went well with dinner.
Expensive? Yes, but worth it all the way. We definitely would return.

So glad you werre pleased!!
I was just looking at the Maialino menu for an upcoming meal and noticed that the pig's head is currently listed among the antipasti. It's really small. I always get the pasta with the suckling pig, and sometimes the main course pork if someone wants to share.
