Try the peanut butter oreo at Emack and Bolios. No, wait, go for the Maple Walnut instead. Or the Bananas Foster. Oops almost forgot the awesome Almond Joy and the Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip. (If it's a hot day I'd go for the Raspberry Sorbet, always a winner. )

Follow-up - we tried ice cream several places on Cape Cod. One day we drove to Dennis specifically to try what was touted as the best ice cream sundae in the US. It was OK, but nothing special in my opinion.
The ice cream that has me wishing that I wasn't a half-continent away was the Chocolate Obsession by Emack and Bolios at the Nice Cream Stop in downtown Wellfleet.
(Note - the sign out front says Nice Cream Stop. The sign on the building says Emack and Bolios. You go behind the building to order. Public parking lots are on both sides of the building.)
On our drive back home, I was googling to see if this ice cream was available anywhere else. It was that good.
