Hui vs Rental Cars

What is the advantages or disadvantages to using Hui verus a normal rental car like Enterprise?
I only plan on using a rental car in Oahu for 1 day. Have seen videos about Hui. I have used rental cars (Enterprise)before . Does Hui have unlimited mileage?
Thanks in advance.

It is the difference of an airBnB vs a hotel.

Where are you going to be on Oahu? I would check specifically with people who have rented in Honolulu (Trip Advisor has a very active forum) and ask if Hui works OK there. If you want a 1-day rental from a regular local car rental agency, check with One's at Sand Villa.

Check the price and availability. Enterprise Waikiki may be less than Hui, or about the same if you don't have insurance cover through your credit card. Be sure to factor in parking costs though.

If you have plenty of time, it might pay to rent from an airport location at about half the price of a Waikiki pickup.Just be sure you will have a parking spot in Waikiki. It might pay to rent it starting at arrival day, which also saves you the cost of the transfer in (and waiting for a shuttle which migh or might not show up as promised). . Then you will have it available to go pick up some supplies, as well as first thing in the morning to beat the traffic out of Waikiki. Or at the end of your trip, take the Bus or an Uber to the airport, than drop off rental before your flight on the way home. Allow about an hour drive time.

Oh yeah One's has moved. They aren't at Sand Villa anymore.

This post is from nearly two months ago. One's moved two weeks ago. And only a few blocks over to Seaside. Still a viable suggestion for reasoable daily car rentals.
