Can't find answer on help forum. Got an ipad for Christmas. Want to use it instead of my old computer. How can I transfer info so I don't have to change name, just change email address?

Why do you need to change your email address? What info do you need to transfer? (and yes, Lounge would be a better place for this).

Are you asking how to sign on to Fodor's using your iPad? if so, just bring up the home page on your browser and follow the log in/sign on prompts.

If you are talking about moving over all your data the simplest way is to seek help from the people at the Apple Store. They will talk you through the process.

Honestly, I still don't understand. An ipad is just the device (like any other computer) on which you view or create data. Why would you have a separate/new email address "for the Ipad"? I have an iphone, a computer at work, and two computers at home. I have two email addresses, one is for work and one is my personal email address....but I can access any of them on any of my computers/iphone.
