I am spending 3 days in Savannah and then 4 days in Charleston. I am not renting a car and am looking for a easy/convient way to travel from Savannah to Charleston. I checked Amtrak but the time was not convient. Thanks for any help!

I'm not sure what you're looking for here. You've already eliminated driving -- the easiest and most convenient. You don't want the train because the time isn't right. Flying is totally impractical and not easy between these two cities. There are no boats to my knowledge. So what's left? Greyhound -- horrors! How about hitchiking?

The only way is by car unless you are totally out of touch with life. There is always Greyhound. What a joke that is to take. Or you could fly like some New York idiot.

Why not take a taxi? They are quite cheap down in the Deep South.

Taxi?! At a metered rate for a Savannah cab of $1.50/mile, and 105 miles from Savannah to Charleston, that's 157.50 or about $180 with tip--one way! $360 round trip, providing you can get him to stay! You could rent one heck of a car for that rate!
