Has anyone from Canada been successful in bidding for hotels on this site. We have tried and it comes back that they can't get authorization on our card because our mailing address does not match the one we give them. We tried the advice from bidding.com on how to overcome this but it does not work. Any help would be appreciated.

Try bidding in american dollars. I doubt even priceline would want your devalued Loonies.

Try Amex. Visa and MC do not work for Canadians. Amex does.

Thanks Gerald, I have since heard the same solution. Obviously George has a bit of a problem in understanding how Priceline.com works or is just miserable person who tries to cause trouble. Actually, many places in the US want our loonie and are accepting it at par just to get us to come to the States.
