sparklegem, i don't have kids and don't know a thing about schools, but if i could both live AND work in Santa Monica i'd be packing my bags! Good luck with your move. southern california is a terrific place to grow up (from someone who did it).

They attend Roosevelt Elementary - 800 Montana Ave. There's another school
further north - Franklin Elementary. Both are excellent.
